Bu forum, Küresel Güney'den ve Türkiye'nin bölgelerinden gençlerin sahadan topladığı sesi ve veriyi Küresel Gençlik Deklarasyonu'na dönüştürüyor ve COP31 sürecine taşıyor.The communities and young people living through the climate crisis most severely are too often listeners at the negotiating table. This forum turns the voice and field data gathered by youth from the Global South and Türkiye's regions into the Global Youth Declaration and carries it into the COP31 process.

Küresel Güney toplulukları ve gençler iklim krizinden en çok etkilenen gruplar arasında, ancak uluslararası müzakerelerde sesleri sınırlı kalıyor. Forum bu açığı veriye dayalı bir gençlik delegasyonuyla kapatmayı amaçlıyor.Global South communities and young people are among the groups most affected by the climate crisis, yet their voice remains limited in international negotiations. The forum aims to close this gap with a data-driven youth delegation.

Forum aynı dönemde, 11–14 Kasım'da çevrimiçi toplanıyor ve çıktılarını COP31 sürecindeki karar vericilere ulaştırmayı hedefliyor.COP31 takes place in Antalya on 9–20 November 2026. The forum meets online during the same period, 11–14 November, and aims to deliver its outputs to decision-makers in the COP31 process.

“Do You Love This Place?”
Global Voices, forumun saha ayağı. Farklı ülkelerden 18–30 yaş arası gençler, yaşadıkları yeri ve iklim değişikliğinin orada bıraktığı izi kendi video, fotoğraf ve hikâyeleriyle anlatıyor. Bugüne kadar Türkiye, Kenya, Uganda, Kamboçya ve Haiti'den paylaşımlar yayımlandı. Ülkelerdeki gençlik diyalogları ve anketler, forumdaki ülke raporlarının temelini oluşturuyor.Global Voices is the field arm of the forum. Young people aged 18–30 from different countries tell the story of where they live and the mark climate change has left there through their own videos, photos and stories. Contributions from Türkiye, Kenya, Uganda, Cambodia and Haiti have been published so far. Youth dialogues and surveys in each country form the basis of the country reports presented at the forum.
